What we collect. Only what you type into this site's forms: your contact details, property address or ZIP, and the details you choose to share about your roof or your inquiry. We do not ask for and do not want insurance policy numbers, financial details, or payment information through this website.

How it's used. Estimate requests are used to contact you about your roof and schedule your inspection. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics & tracking. No advertising trackers run on this site without appropriate consent mechanisms in place.

Text messaging. Choosing "text" as your preferred contact method means a team member may text you about your request. We do not enroll you in automated marketing messages.

Questions. Privacy questions can be sent through the contact page.

Educational content. The diagrams and explanations on this site are educational. They are not job-specific plans, construction instructions, engineering advice, or a diagnosis of any particular roof.

Estimates and requests. Submitting an estimate request is not a contract, a price, a service guarantee, or an insurance-coverage determination. Project scope, pricing, schedule, and warranty details are provided in your written project documents.

Insurance. We do not provide insurance adjusting, claim negotiation, or coverage advice.

We build this site to be usable by everyone: semantic structure, keyboard-operable interactive diagrams with visible focus states, plain-text equivalents for every interactive diagram, meaningful alternative text, reduced-motion support, and color contrast chosen for readability.
